Coudal Partners have lots of big ideas, and they're perhaps best known for coming up with the brilliant concept, The Museum of Online Museums (MoOM). Over at the MoOM, the most recent show was Summer Exhibitions at The Museum of Online Museums where they asked people to make their own museum and send in a set of links to various things that, when viewed together, made up some sort of funny, curated collection. They also have links to the online outposts of real museums too, and I like the juxtaposition of institutional and personal collections.
The thought of making up my own museum has made my day - just the kind of thing I needed to think about. More on this soon I hope.
